2. Overview

Image Style Shift is a Windows desktop application that processes all images and videos locally on your device. We do not operate servers that receive your content. Your photos and videos never leave your computer.

3. Data We Collect

3a. Crash Reports (Sentry)

We use Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.) for automated crash and error reporting. When the application encounters an error, the following data may be transmitted to Sentry's EU servers (ingest.de.sentry.io):

• Device type and operating system version
• Application version
• Stack trace and exception details

No personal content (images or videos) is included in crash reports.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in maintaining application stability and fixing bugs.

3b. Device Capabilities Accessed

Image Style Shift may access the following device capabilities with your permission:

• Pictures Library — for loading and saving images
• Videos Library — for loading and saving videos

All media access is local only. No images or videos are transmitted to any server.

3c. In-App Purchases

Image Style Shift offers optional in-app purchases (HD resolution addon, Unlimited Styles addon) through the Microsoft Store. Purchase transactions are handled entirely by Microsoft. See: Microsoft Privacy Statement.

4. Data Retention

Crash reports are retained in Sentry for 90 days (Sentry default retention period). We do not store any other personal data.

5. Third-Party Services

Sentry (crash reporting) — hosted on Sentry EU servers (Frankfurt, Germany). For Sentry's privacy practices, see: Sentry Privacy Policy.

We do not use analytics, advertising networks, or social media trackers.

6. Cookies

This website does not use cookies. The Image Style Shift application does not use cookies.

7. Your Rights (GDPR Art. 15–21)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the following rights:

• Right of access (Art. 15) — obtain confirmation and a copy of your personal data
• Right to rectification (Art. 16) — correct inaccurate personal data
• Right to erasure (Art. 17) — request deletion of your personal data
• Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18) — restrict processing under certain conditions
• Right to data portability (Art. 20) — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Right to object (Art. 21) — object to processing based on legitimate interests

8. Supervisory Authority
